Hey Chris W. they have a very similar process. One noticeable thing is that they offer a 'brand message playbook' as a deliverable to their clients. It will serve as the foundation for their copywriting work and is a great messaging/tone-of-voice resource for the client. This is usually the output from questionnaires, strategy session etc. (similar to your workflow)
They have a bunch of templates, AI prompts and examples. But nothing you couldn't come up with yourself. They borrow a lot from the storybrand framework (one of them is a StoryBrand guide I think).
