Questions About Client Website Maintenance Practices and Pricing

Hey Everyone, Hope you're doing well. For those of you who do or have done site maintenance for customers, i have a few questions. - Do you host the site for your client or do they host it and you go in and make changes. - What’s typically included in your maintenance (updates, backups, security, content edits, etc.)? - How much do you typically charge for maintenance? I’ve seen pricing anywhere from $100 to $1,000/month for similar services, so I’m curious what’s actually common. - What software you use for managing this, i think Monday is a good option but let me know what you guys use.
