Just checked the site, very cool. Love the soft animations, very well integrated on the page. Have you considered add "autoplay" to the hero video?

Yes, I always use autoplay when using lightboxes so you aviod users to click twice for the same video

Nice work! Really like the progressive image load effect, I saw that for the What is… section carousel, the text boxes adjust their heights when they come into view on mobile
