I signed up for the Starter Plan (Yearly) on a free trial but didn鈥檛 realize it would auto-renew. I鈥檓 not ready to commit to a yearly subscription yet and didn鈥檛 intend to continue past the trial, and I also haven鈥檛 used the paid plan 馃槥
I鈥檝e already emailed support@relume.io from joseph_dean_enriquez@dlsu.edu.ph to request a refund and cancellation of the yearly plan, but I鈥檓 posting here in case someone from the team can help check on it.
