I signed up for the Starter Plan (Yearly) on a free trial but didn’t realize it would auto-renew. I’m not ready to commit to a yearly subscription yet and didn’t intend to continue past the trial, and I also haven’t used the paid plan 😞
I’ve already emailed support@relume.io from joseph_dean_enriquez@dlsu.edu.ph to request a refund and cancellation of the yearly plan, but I’m posting here in case someone from the team can help check on it.
