I think this is an interesting approach, but at least in my experience I’ve never built a website that wasn’t part of a complete rebrand, including doing conceptual positioning work first. I would probably also reach out first and suggest that I’d like to share some visual ideas…rather than just showing them what their site could look like. I would think most businesses would freak out that I’ve gained some mysterious special access to their site and ask me to cease and desist immediately. I guess it’s all in the nuance of that first communication. But I’m on the waitlist for sure. 🙂

Re choosing a niche, how can you choose a niche if you don't have a lot of experience in that specific field?
2.
You're putting in so much effort to design a website before the client even signs?

From our experience, I'd typically work with a niche that I've done previously. Foe example, Adam and I had a lot of construction clients so we'd just double down on that niche
Relume is going to make this 10x easier. So far, the longest time was the creating the assets

depends on the client Sara M. Some actually likes the concepts and wanted to go further, others we used as a way to sell our services and we started from scratch
