This year I’m intentionally setting aside time to have short, honest conversations with agency founders, just to understand how design is actually working on your side right now.
For context: I run Apta. We act as a design partner / back office for agencies.
This is not a pitch and I’m not selling anything. I’m genuinely trying to learn where external design partners help, where they hurt, and how we could be more useful.
