Hey everyone this is a refund issue. My refund which was supposedly processed on the 12th of February still hasn’t reached my bank yet and it’s been 10 business days. According to support, it should reach within 5-10 business days and yet still nothing. Can anyone pls help? Thanks.
Hello, I have sent a message to support@relume.io regarding a request for a refund because I was billed for a yearly subscription when I only meant to cancel it and just do a monthly subscription. Support hasn’t been responsive at this moment. Can anybody please help? Thank you.
