Relume.io Not Generating Sitemap or Wireframes Despite Following Support Instructions

Hello, I am having trouble with relume.io. I have entered a prompt, it says it is generating, then it doesn't generate the sitemap or wireframes no matter what I do. I've followed all the support instructions and nothing. It has been down like this for 24 hours and I just paid for your service. I am really getting quite frustrated. The account is in my email melinda@tailstrails.us and it is not providing the service as advertised. help.

Melinda W. have you tried more simplified prompts or no - just checking to rule things out here.

Melinda W. In your prompt you have "PAGE 1: Landing page" - if you delete the words "Landing page" and leave the rest of your prompt - does it work?

Matt J. That seemed to work. Although the prompt didn't quite translate to what we wanted the wireframe to look like. Are there rules on prompting we should be aware of?

Melinda W. yeah, I think I need to create a doc around this as its a growing confusion in general. Especially since the landscape of site builders has exponentially changed since we originally released ours. But unfortunately our prompt does not feed into an open LLM pipeline - it was tailor made for marketing websites and I would say at least 80% of your prompt would have zero effect on the results. Generally a simple description and some general goals/page direction is all you would need to start generating, and then we've built the tool to be quick to make edits. In the new version we are working on, we're looking at prompting the same way you'd expect.

OK got it. We actually asked Claude to build the prompts; also Gemini to build the prompts. So both think you do this! I will experiment with the prompt to get what we need out of it for now. I think you're going in the right direction, thanks!

ah yeah, I was wondering about that because I've seen very similar prompts as yours most recently, so I'm starting to think that we need to get more resources out there so that the AI crawlers pick up on it at the very least - appreciate you sharing that additional context on how you made the prompt - very helpful

Is there a way to easily edit the wireframes and workflow produced in alignment with those instructions? I'm still learning it.

Melinda W. no worries. Not with prompts no. We’ve created the tool to be intentionally quicker than say Figma or Webflow to make the same edits, but not quicker than a couple prompts. Our new tool sounds like something closer to what you’d expect but yeah. And there are some intentionallimitations on editing too - like only being able to delete things instead of add things for example. Reduces the complexity of the entire platform but I do understand there are cases where you might want to add things.
