I am using the relume plugin in Webflow to import pages. I have already imported in the style sheet but the pages are not rendering correctly. Most of the problems seem to stem from Webflow not recognizing the "color-scheme-numbers". In some cases, The text is not showing up in the right colors, especially on the dark backgrounds. I have tried reimporting the page several times and it only seems to get worse with each import. I also thought that maybe I need to reimport the style sheet, but in the relume webflow plugin, this is disabled with a tool tip saying that I have already imported the styles into Webflow. I am stuck. What was supposed to save me 11 hours, according to the release confirmation page, has cost me many more hours trying to troubleshoot why this is not working. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated as I am about ready to start from scratch without Relume.
Hi Christian B. - apologies for the incredibly frustrating experience you are going through. I'll need some additional links to dig in more.
Webflow sandbox link
Relume project URL
Here is how to get the proper webflow sandbox link: https://www.relume.io/resources/faqs/how-to-share-your-figma-webflow-projects-for-effective-support For my knowledge, how familiar are you with Webflow?
I used it to build a full website about three years ago. Back then, I did it without the help of add-ons like Relume. Relume URL - https://www.relume.io/app/project/P2797633_ZXei30srvCNqJQVKWDxWy6YVP78-ys1tc_DExttqqAo#mode=design
sweet - just need the webflow sandbox link and I'll take a closer look at what might be going wrong here.
I really appreciate the help
Christian B. okay, so I do see a couple of issues for sure and we are actively monitoring a bug that we're working closely with Webflow on. So lets dive into how we can just move forward with this, since the issues are not really blockers. I was going to type out the solutions but thought maybe a quick(ish) loom would help a bit more. https://www.loom.com/share/7b805b55c63843309d9888781eeddfa3
I am looking through your loom now.
I don't believe I changed the text-size-medium color. I think it was imported that way. I definitely didn't change it on the style guide page. If I accidentally changed it, it would have been when I was trying to fix some text on one of the other pages. Do you know if I make a change (like a style override) in a page, if those changes propagate back to the style guide?
So, to be clear, there is no way to update the style guide after the initial import?
Christian B. correct if you make a change to a utility class like text-size-medium it would propogate across the entire project. Super easy mistake to make so no worries - I'll do some testing just to double confirm its not a bug on our end. Not trying to pass the puck here. As for the import - correct, no way to update the style guide after initial import.
Christian B. hire someone who is expert to build your website in reasonable price. Time is money
