Error: Prototype Requires At Least One Frame in Figma

I have imported my wireframes into Figma. I want to preview the wireframes. I get this error message "A prototype needs to have at least one frame" What do I have to do?

right click each page of your wireframe in turn and select frame selection. then you should be able to preview each page

Another option is that as soon as the plugin is finished importing - everything is still selected - just hit cmd + shift + G twice and that will remove the groups we have on the frames.
