Component Update Issue: Class Sync Notification Explained

I pasted in a new component (stats 1) and although I had Class Sync on, I got this notification. When I undid the paste, it doesn't seem to have undone this change. I don't even understand why this would happen when I dropped in a section with no dropdown interaction. I hope this won't make a big mess for me to sort out as it will if it continues throughout the replacement of components on 10 pages.
