Website Loading Issue: Footer Appears First on Prysm Leadership Site

Hi There! When you load my client's website, it loads the footer (the very bottom shelf) first, and then you have to scroll up to see the content. You'll also notice that the "Message" field is active. Any idea whats going on? Here is a Read Only link
