Fixing Mobile Autoplay Issues for Header Videos on Websites

Hey guys - just launched a website with a video in the header generally speaking it’s auto playing as it should and all working fine. But on mobile, some people are getting a play pause button which obviously means the video isn’t auto playing on mobile for some people - is there any fix for this?

Oli C. you'd have to use some custom implementation of a background video using Vimeo or something in order to bypass this but basically mobile devices dictate whether background videos can be played or not and in the case of Webflow it shows the button. Timothy Ricks has a great video on all things background videos including the implementation I mention above in this Youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m-OQTr0akKc
