anybody getting this when trying to import a wireframe to Figma?
I tried again and it didn鈥檛 work! https://www.relume.io/app/project/P1142315_1Ovj3rOPDlnsnJ7A1cAPIrePqIpqPJpG0anrBgkdreQ
yes!
I also logged out of the plugin and in again
Style guide version 2.7
Shoot Parker - didn't realize you were still having these issues after this long. Can you DM the Relume project URLs, and if I can reproduce the issue, I'll escalate to engineering to see what might be the cause.
in my test - so far, it looks like everything imported fine even though it threw an error.
its possible the app is throwing this error because of the unexpected content teaser page with no navbar in it
we may be overly aggressive with checks there or something but I'll pass this project over to engineering to see if they can see any console errors on this.
but I would like to know
If components are importing and if not all of them, if you are able to identify which components didnt make it in.
Making sure you are importing into our Relume Figma Kit?
nothing is importing at all!
yes, version 2.6
we set up a relume figma kit copy when we get the project in, and sometimes it takes a couple months to get it going. If it鈥檚 a versioning thing, I can wait to set up the relume figma kit until we鈥檙e ready to design.
Parker S. I was able to import this without any issue at all using the latest figma kit. Did you make any changes at all to the figma kit before importing? Are importing via the Figma app or Figma in the browser? Are there any other details you could share about your setup? Are you running any kind of VPN or network antivirus? What OS are you on - Windows or Mac?
I shared the figma file where I had imported the wireframes so that you can duplicate that file and move forward with your project
Hey Matt, still running into this issue. I haven鈥檛 made any changes to the Figma kit. Running Figma in-app. Tried in-browser and it worked!
Odd, okay thanks for letting me know
Parker S. some silly basic checks that we should do here:
Verified internet connection (stable and working).
Cleared cache in both Relume and Figma.
Reinstalled the Relume plugin in Figma.
Confirmed that you are logged into the correct accounts in both Relume and Figma.
Disabled VPN, antivirus, and firewall temporarily.
Attempted to access the plugin on both the desktop app and the web version of Figma.
Let me know if any of these resolve the issue. I'm going to get engineering to look into this at the same time just in case as this has obviously been going on for while for you and I'm at a bit of a loss as to why. The fact that I am able to open the project and import everything on my end is leaning me more towards something unique about your system over some bug with our system. Its incredibly difficult to fix a bug we can't reproduce.
also is this the only project where this issue exists? Apologies if I've asked this question already.
it throws the error regardless of project, so I鈥檒l troubleshoot with your list later this week. thanks for the help!
okay
