Issues with Downloading Figma 2.3 Kit on macOS: Need Help

morning all, having a blast with site builder. Trying to get into figma and am having an issue downloading/installing the 2.3 kit. Any ideas? macOS(13.6.4)/Chrome(123.0.6312.107) email: mcampolongo@reingold.com
