Clients Unable to Access Shared View Links - 404 Error Issue

Hey guys - I've been trying to share a view access link to my clients, but every time they click on them, they get a 404 .. is this happening to anyone else? I tested the links as well, where I'm signed out and on different browsers and they seem to work.

Jason S. maybe their network/IT is blocking the URL? I have not heard of this issue before.
