Hello all, anybody has a drag and drop issue ? Trying to reorder components of a sitemap and keep getting the component stuck midway. Have to refresh page than zoom in again on part i'm working on. Anoying AF 馃槀 and time consuming. Working out of Chrome's latest version on a Mac.

still happening on Chrome. Never stopped. Just wasnt working on the project the last few months. Works fine on Firefox though
Understood - but I mean the error you posted today, is it still happening? Its been several hours so just want to confirm before spending time digging into it - since i have not seen that error before and it feels like its related to third party services - there may have been a temporary outage there.

can you log into your Relume account in a Chrome guest profile so eliminate any extensions from being a factor in intervening with the experience?

can you try duplicating the project - we can try to at least eliminate this error - I dont know what we're going to be able to do about this drag and drop issue
I can tell you right now though, the chances of this being an issue only with you are pretty high - so if we have any hopes at all of resolving this, we're gonna have to think about what makes your setup unique. So if you've done anything to your Mac or to your network that might be considered outside the norm, we may want to look there. Like are you in an office that might have a VPN/firewall? Are you running a VPN/FirewallAntivirus? I know you said you are on Chrome/Mac but just confirming some of these basics. Are there any apps on your system that might be recording activity that might intercept somehow. Are you experiencing any kind of drag/drop issues on any other sites at all - Zapier, Make.com or any of these other open canvas apps? Can you use Figma in the browser? This one really has me confused. Wish we could have connected months ago to try to resolve, so its gonna take some time if I have to get engineering involved. But I dont even want to do that until I have some idea of how to reproduce this and we're not even close yet.
Thanks for the help but the amount of time and mental energy required to go through all the process would make my life miserable and would waste your time. Cant afford this on my side. Gotta be working not debugging. I'll just use another browser since I now know it works on Firefox.
Jonathan L. understood. For what its worth - the other more recent error that you reported, may have been linked to an issue resolved. If you do give it a shot, let me know if that error has gone away. As for the drag and drop, would need more info as described above in order to begin trying to troubleshot. Sorry I couldn't have simply resolved the issue.
