Issues with Image Sizing in Layouts 497 and 498

Hey there! I'm having trouble with layouts 497 and 498. When I preview the page, the images to the right or left of the tab content are properly sized. However, when I publish the page, the images appear radically smaller.

Robert H. can you share a read-only link? I would play around with the HDPI and responsive toggles on the image element.
