Importing Sitemap Issues and Starter Plan Limits in Relume

Hey I'm new to Relume and trying to import a site map from a URL. When I enter the URL it goes through the pages up to the max of 50, and then completes but I get an error. It said to come here for support. Any ideas? (Also is there a way to increase past the max of 50? I'm on a starter plan, maybe that's in pro?)
