Subscription Issue: Access Reverted to Free Plan - Need Help!

Good day guys. I purchased a subscription starter plan for a year on June 10, 2024. I could access it initially, but it reverted to the free plan a few weeks later. Where can I raise this issue or how can I solve it? I tried to email hello@relume.io but I didn't receive a response yet.
