Troubleshooting Formly + Relume Multi-step Form Issues

I'm having with The Formly + Relume Multi-step form builder. 1. The radio buttons have one that is in default state and I cannot seem to find how to remove that or change the one that's in default state. 2. The radio buttons don't even click. They just stay the way they are, there is no active state. I tried changing states in the Designer... no luck. What am I doing wrong? There is nothing in @formly's docs either that I can see.... Any help is appreciated!!
