Issues with Global Section Not Transferring in Wireframe Pages

I am having issues with the following. I make a global section for contacts at the bottom of the first page, once I make it a global section say on the about us page, should this section not transfer over to all other wireframe pages, I am asking this because it did not do so for me. Maybe a detailed link would be appreciated.

Hey, from what I understand, when you create a global section, you need to paste it onto any other page where you want it to appear—it won’t transfer automatically. The benefit of a global section is that once you’ve pasted it to other pages, any updates you make to that section will automatically apply across all pages. This is based on my knowledge, so I hope it’s accurate.
