Need Help Restoring Lost Work in Relume? Seek Tech Support!

Hi there. I’m new to Relume, working on my first project. Not sure if I’m in the right place but I need some tech support. I think I accidentally deleted all the work in Relume I did for the last 7 hours..I got a warning that my work may not be saved if I exited the window. However I had to close my browser at the time to work from another device, and when I reopened it to log in all my progress disappeared back to how it was before I began work this morning. I’m on a very tight timeline with this project and panicking a bit - is there any sort of history or version control where I can go back and restore what I lost? Please let me know, thank you!

Linds G. okay you should have an "Admin copy of" version of the project now - this was a snapshot from 22 hours and 39 mins ago.

Matt J. thanks but that file is exactly the same as the one I have now..is it possible to go back a bit earlier? Maybe to 3 or 3:30pm yesterday? Thank you so much for your help

Matt J. I’m not sure when it last saved my work, I thought it was auto-saving each change I made but then when I closed the window I had an alert show that changes may not be saved. Looking back on my time tracking I stopped working on it at 3:20pm

Anywhere between 3-3:30pm EST yesterday should work I hope, if you’re able to make me an admin copy from them? 🙏🏻

Linds G. okay I've saved another version. If this doesn't have the work then unfortunately there's not much else I can do. It auto saves as long as you have a stable internet connection - if you saw that alert, then chances are you did not have a stable connection or our site lost connection at some point.

This one doesn’t have my changes either 😭 I don’t understand, how did it let me keep working for hours without internet connection? My internet is hardwired in, I use an Ethernet cable and everything else was working fine

Is there any way to try one more time, maybe a version from a couple hours before at 1pm? I took a break at 12:15om and came back to work after lunch at 1:15, maybe that’s when the lost connection happened

not sure - I guess if it happens again, I would try cmd + s to ensure things are saved but yeah, auto save is a thing and works pretty well.
