Design Tab Loading Issue: Troubleshooting Steps Needed

When I access the design tab, it keeps loading indefinitely. I tried hard refreshing the page with Ctrl + F5 and also tested it in a different browser, but the issue persists.

Happens sometime try to clear chache. or a new browser

I already cleared the cache and tested with a different browser, but the issue is still happening. Could you suggest another solution?

Avaneesh S. hmm okay and is this still an issue - its a bit odd because something like this would typically be a system wide thing, I would think. Or if its still happening to you, but I'm not able to reproduce it with your project all (which I can't) then it could be a VPN or firewall blocking the connection locally to you guys.

Matt J. It's still happening. The interesting thing is that I have another projects that are opening just fine. Think it has something to do with page count. This one is 20 page, other ones are 5 page.

Avaneesh S. hmm naw we have 50+ page projects. I duplicated your project and was able to load it in all tabs (sitemap, wireframe, style guide and design).

Can you let me know or provide a screenshot of an error if one happens?

Doesn't show any error, just keeps loading indefinitely and at last the Chrome notification comes in saying page unresponsive, would you like to wait or kill the page.

My internet is pretty fast, 100mbps, for handling it. No VPNs, No additional firewalls. Just plain browsing.

Wait is this happening just trying to load your project in site builder or when you are trying to export to figma or webflow?

Loading the site builder, rest of the tabs(sitemap, wireframe, style guide) are loading fine.
