Payment Issue on Paid Plan: Assistance Required for Resolution

Hello Relume team, I have an issue with payments. I try to renew it, and it tells that I am on the paid plan, but when I am going to frames, it tells that I need to fix the payment problem. Even if I have changed all I need. Can you help me with that?
