No worries at all. Say, could you help me out with this issue though. What day did you cancel and what day was your plan set to renew? Did you receive any kind of confirmation email after cancelling? If you have the time to help me I would greatly appreciate it otherwise no worries.

Trial was started 6/23 and would've ended 6/30, I cancelled on 6/28. Did not get any confirmation email after cancelling
