Trouble Upgrading Relume Account for Minimum Viable Product

I'm having a hard time upgrading my account on Relume. I keep giving it my updated card but It keeps telling me that I have to upgrade. I tried the troubleshooting steps recommended in this article. https://www.relume.io/troubleshooting. I refreshed the page. I logged out and logged back in. I'm currently trying to get an Minimum Viable Product up as soon as possible and would love to get someone to help me resolve this. I currently can only create one page wireframe.
