Importing a Customer Site into Sitemap Builder: Need Help!

Hi guys… trying to import a customer site into the sitemap builder and I’m getting this message. Sorry if this has been answered somewhere else in the thread but can anyone offer any help… Their site is currently in DRUPAL… ugh (hey… 1998 called and they want their site back).
