Fixing Navbar Functionality for Logo, CTA Button, and Mobile Menu

Hi, I'm wondering how to make this navbar work with the logo (which gets smaller) and the CTA button and the burger menu on mobile (I'd be ok to display the CTA button inside the menu btw).
