How to Replace Check Marks with Text in a Comparison Block

I am trying to use a comparison block and use text instead of check marks. See below. The first element allows text but the others do not, In fact they do not even allow the check to be changed to an x. How can I replace the checks with text?? Thank You!!

Impact H. in site builder this won’t be possible - you’d have to export to Figma or Webflow to make those changes.
