Issue with Resizing Divs in TEAM 2 Webflow Element

Hey all! I am having issues with the TEAM 2 Webflow element. Here's the two sizing that it switches between.

Also if using the link above you can find the sitemap on bottom and go on "STAFF"

Angel M. Basically I followed this steps to create a more stabalized grid.
1.
Ungrouped the wrapper and and title divs out of the margin div. I would apply this margin to team2_image-wrapper directly instead of using this wrapper div for spacing. (first screenshot)
2.
I changed the height of the team2_item to 100% (second screenshot).
3.
I changed the flex setting to team2_image-wrapper grow if possible (third screenshot).
