Issue with Relume Contact Form Component in Webflow

Avatar of JarretJarret
路

A Contact (Form) component from Relume is not working when I import to my Webflow. When I do a test submission, it says "Oops! Something went wrong while submitting the form." I checked the Webflow site settings, and I believe everything for Forms is set up correctly. I am not saying this is necessarily a Relume issue, but I am wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar and can help.

Jarret you are using Webflow Logic to send that data somewhere, yeah?

Ah disregard, I see this is part of the changes Webflow made (the form settings within designer looked different to me and looked more like Webflow Logic than a vanilla form prior to webflowconf)

yeah I added that component (contact1) published, and was able to successfully submit a form...very strange.

oh one thing to note - you can't test the submission of a form within the webflow designer preview - you have to publish and test it on the webflow.io domain (or custom domain, of course).

not sure why this would matter but I also noticed one of our internal attributes was added to your button - you could delete that.

Thank you for looking at that! And for the prompt response! I'll look into more.

Matt J. Do you have a Venmo or somewhere I could compensate you? I am so appreciative of your help!
