Troubleshooting Mobile Bug: Content Not Displaying Properly

Hey guys, Im having a weird “bug” where content is showing in the designer and inspect in browser but not on mobile. Can anyone assist me trouble shoot this please? I am also component header 107 and there is an image overlap on mobile.
