Troubleshooting Relume Wireframe Generation Errors

Hello! Relume won´t generate wireframes for me today. Keep getting an error message. Have tried to reload page and log out and in again as instructed in the support guide. Error message says "Pleas try again later. Model failed to add any pages or sections." What do I do?

Eirik E. not sure if this bug is still there or not but we've found that the generation will fail if the home is relabeled to anything besides home. Try calling that first page "home" and try again? I'm looking to see if there was any other downtime I can pinpoint to this error.

It´s labeled home but in Norwegian😀. Does that matter? Could it be that the length of my prompt was to long? I shortened it by a lot and it started working, so it seems like that was the problem.

ah okay good - I was hoping the "home" bug was fixed which it sounds like it is. And yeah, makes sense that the prompt was too long.
