Need Help: Unable to Log into Relume Account Due to Network Error

hi sorry if this is in the wrong channel but dont know how to use slack. Can someone please help me figure out why i cant log in into my relume account. Its says network error but i can log into the account with different devices that use the same network. I tried clearing cache and i tried different browser but nothing is working

    Joshua V. what browser are you using? Do you have a VPN/Proxy on the device where you get that error?

    Hi i am using Google chrome and i do have a VPN. I tried it logging in with it enabled and disabled
