Import Issues: Blocks vs. Wrappers in Site Builder

hey Matt J. not sure if you remember a while back I was having issues with importing from the site builder and it not importing using spacing blocks rather the wrappers - all my preferences are set to blocks but it still imports in wrappers. could this be to do with the face ive got the chrome extension installed and the app aswell and it’s conflicting?
