Guidance on Linking Content Sections to Side Tab Navigation

not really an issue, but need help with content 28. How do I get it to advance to the next section when a user scrolls down so that the side tab matches the current section? Do I copy and paste the component and then do something? See screen recording for reference. I have not published yet since I am just playing around with the idea. Thanks!

Jarret maybe you are using this, not sure but if you use the Finsweet attributes - Table of contents attributes, it should highlight these items automatically.
