Issues with Contract Renewal and Refund Request

I signed a year contract, and I emailed my rep in april to not renew it, and he never responded. The autorenewal was never turned off and I was charged when I should not have. I can't even go into my account and cancel my account currently. I e-mailed support a couple of times now. I need to turn off my renewal and get a refund for my last payment.
