Step 1: select the plugin
Step 2: Run the Plugin
Step 3: Press the get started button
Step 4: I get taken back to Relume.
Steve F. confirmed this is a bug, I've alerted engineering - my hope is that we'll have a fix soon but I do not currently have an ETA on this - very sorry for the inconvenience here.
Thank you. Appreciate you looking into it. I purchased the Pro subscription today because i needed to get a bunch of work done using your product and im now stuck. Pretty damn frustrating to be honest.
yeah, totally understand - this is a fairly recent bug - definitely not the first impressions we want to have. We have some very quick and smart engineers and its their core working hours so my hope is that a fix will go out today. They are in your timezone it appears even.
I thought I was able to reproduce but it just so happens I was logged into a new account that had zero projects. You shouldn鈥檛 be seeing this dialog if you have projects.
I鈥檓 wondering if your state got into a bit of a weird one when you upgraded. Could you try logging out of the Relume site and the figma plugin, and try logging into the site first, then the plugin?
