Issue with Account Updates Not Reflecting on Wireframe Design

Hi Team, I need support to check on my account. Why, when going to update any content in the site map, is it not reflect on the wireframe design?

Mina A. the content on the sitemap only influences the section that gets generated - its not meant to fill in the content.
