Improving Smooth Transitions for Webflow CMS Testimonials

Hello! I need webflow help not relume related but I think you could help me. So I have 3 testimonials connected to cms. I want to when I hover any div the other two should hide the paragraph and shrink. I managed to do it but the transition is not smooth. I've added transition but still not working. Thanks.
