App Saving Issues: Design Updates and Collaboration Challenges

Hello :slightly_smiling_face: I've had some errors & issues when it comes to the app saving my work-- in particular when we are updating the design portion of it. The copy and the images sometimes don't save and we have to re-enter or re-upload what we have previously completed. Also it has been kicking our members when we are working together on the wireframe or design portion of it. Anything I can look at to help?

Bianca T. I'll have to look into the saving issues more but as far as kicking members out - we don't allow the same user to be logged at the same time. Are you saying that the members of your team each have their own login? As for things not saving - can you provide any kind of screen recording of the issue - this helps us tremendously to be able to spot what might be causing the issue. Really appreciate any additional information you are able to provide us.

Hi Matt, Thanks for getting back to me. Just to clarify - we currently have 3 team members working on separate personal accounts, we're paying for a team subscription so we can collaborate on wireframes and designs together. I noticed that the Design portion is currently in beta, and we've been experiencing some issues that might be related to this. Specifically:
One team member gets kicked out randomly when we're working together
In the Design section, content is sometimes being deleted (pictures disappear intermittently)
Updated written content isn't always saving properly either
Could you let me know if these issues are known beta limitations, and if there's anything we can do on our end to minimize them? Thanks for your help!

Bianca T. Hi Bianca, Apologies for the issues here.
1.
Make sure the team member is not signing into the same account on multiple devices. Logging out of all devices might be a good idea to help prevent these phantom kicks. If you believe that this is 100% not the issue, please let me know. I really have no idea why our system would be kicking anyone out unless they were logged in, on multiple devices - unless maybe they are also running some kind of VPN that could potentially be switching IP addresses, thus simulating them logging in, in two different locations.

Okay, thank you for flagging this, I will try to reproduce this issue and create a ticket.

Do you have any idea if any additional actions are being done to sections when content disappears such as regenerating the section, swapping variants, swapping components, dragging/dropping the section etc? Do you have any tips or steps to help reproduce this at all or no?
