Where Did the Icon Picker Go in Wireframe Mode?

Hey all! I'm curious where the icon picker went in wireframe mode?! I miss that thing already. All I'm currently seeing is just the AI shuffle option.

I know…the product team teased us with that one…. Not saying Marc-Antoine R. made this decision but he’s a strong voice for the user on the design side. Tagging you here for perspective! 🙌 💪 🤘

Thanks, Matt J.! Yessir, Marc-Antoine R.. The actual icon picker (left panel popup) is no longer available to me. I don't see it at all when I click on an icon. I only see the Shuffle Icon button directly above the icon itself. I liked having that early-stage granular control over the icons. It made the project feel so much more complete just by having that completed in the early stages.

Good to know! Sounds like a bug because we definitely haven't removed it... Matt can you reproduce?

Sure yeah - pretty sure it was reproduced in one of the first QA sessions after it disappeared.

Philip S. hmm I can't seem to find any evidence of where it used to be - as Marc is pointing out, if you click on an icon, you should be able to see the left side panel. Are you seeing that Philip?

Do you recall where it "used to be" or where you were expecting it to be?

Ahhh, it's just Layout 505 where I don't see the icon picker show up. Other icons within the wireframe are indeed showing the icon panel!

In the future, if I find this issue in certain components, is it useful for me to make guys aware of it? Matt J. Marc-Antoine R.

Philip S. for sure, if you don't mind. I'll create a ticket for it. Unfortunately component bugs like this can take a bit longer to fix due to other higher priority tasks.

Matt J. just wanted to add that I'm seeing this bug on Layout 505 as well. There also seems to be an issue with the selected icon not syncing to Figma. Hopefully this helps.
