Request for Subscription Refund Due to Inactivity

Refund request Hey it seems like i've been paying for the subscriptions since months without using it. I think I forgot about Relume til recently. Can I request for a refund? My activities can be checked in your backend log I think. Waiting for your reply, thanks in advance and HPNY!
