Fixing Scrolling Issues in Layout 351 for a Better User Experience

I am having trouble achieving a desired behavior with Layout 351. I'd like there to be no scrolling within the wrapper when a user scrolls down (i.e. I'd like the heading to be flush with the 1 and not move when I scroll). Hope that makes sense. See attached screen recording for reference. Jarret yeah this layout is not very good with dynamic content - you have to set a fixed height to the section.

this is the setting that is causing scrolling - you could disable this but then you run the risk of a user not being able to see all of the content. If the content is consistent across all the blades, then you should be fine but you'll want to make sure the height is fixed and works across many different screen sizes.
