Struggling to Get a Refund from Relume Support? Need Help!

No Response from Relume Support Regarding Refund Hi everyone, I’m reaching out because I’m having trouble getting a response from Relume regarding a refund. I sent an email to support@relume.io three days ago, but I haven’t received any reply. It just automatically subscribed to a yearly membership, charging me a lot. I’m in a tough spot, urgently needing this refund for my living expenses. Has anyone here successfully received a refund from Relume? If so, how long did it take? Is there another way to contact them? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Albert L. apologies for the issues here - can you DM me your Relume account email? I did a search of our inbox and I am not seeing an email from you yet but would like to get to the bottom of why that email never got to us because that's obviously an issue in itself.
