Request for Help: Adding Section to Webflow Navigation Bar

Hi folks! Does anybody by chance could help me build a section on top of the navigation bar in Webflow? My skills are limited to copying and pasting components from the library, and since I didn’t find anything like this, I would like to understand how I could add it to one of the Relume nav bar components. If you’re open to helping, please DM me. Thanks a ton in advance!

I was able to quickly modify Banner 3 to look somewhat similar to this

I would take one of the Relume elements for the size and padding (both mobile and desktop) and then create a grid in the area you want. Usually grids like the site you showed don't work well on mobile so that element is usually hidden but you can work on something with grid controls to make it better
