Troubleshooting Bottom Scrollbar Issues in Browsers

Hi, do you guys have issues with the scrollbar located at the bottom part of the browser? I dont have one on mine Im having a hard time scrolling from left to right and vicer versa when I zoom in the wireframes. Tried with Chrome and Safari both Win and mac.
