Account Setup Issues: Trial Period, Payments, and Team Invitations

Hi, :wave: We’re running into an issue with our account setup: Issues: • The system shows we’re in a trial period • We haven’t been charged yet, even though we submitted payment/ discount code and our credit card is on file. • The yearly plan amount displayed doesn’t reflect the discount code we applied. • Additionally, I’m unable to invite team members.
